Unable to Create Account

I've recently discovered this server through MrGameMasterReviews on Youtube. It seems like it would be great, but the problem I'm having is that whenever I go to create an account, it tells me "the creation of the account ____ was not possible". I have tried multiple usernames and passwords, but it still is not working.

We're currently having some technical issues, they will be resolved when Spirit is online! Apologies for inconvenience!

Also, after the fix, a common issue is passwords being longer than 12 characters, inserting the first 12 will allow you to login. However, this is not the cause of your current issue
