Here's a suggestion for the talent points. I feel with just 11 points, many classes and speccs are severely underpowered and not really viable, while others are op.

So, i thought the following could be nice:

1. Veteran Ranks:
After you reach lvl 10, you can level up veteran ranks, each rank only increases talent points by 1

2. Talent Points as reward for quests / dungeons
At the end of certain quest chain lines or dungeons, you get a talent point

(those 2 ideas are meant to be either 1 or 2, whatever the dev prefers)
the points are gathered till a max of 31, so you can use one whole talent tree.

many classes have very bad talents at the first 11 ranks (for example balance druid 11 point talent is a meele talent, fury warrior 11 point talent is aoe slow, beast master hunter is 30% increase pet speed, enhancer shaman gets 2h etc.)
on the other hand fire mage get their pyroblast, marksman hunter aimed shot etc, which are very strong talents.

I believe with 31 talent point, its possible to make all speccs playable.

Would be cool. Reminds of paragon levels from D3.
