Support / Acc/Installation issues?

Hello, I've came across Boarcraft through a friend of mine. I've followed all of the instructions on the website doing all the file stuff. I'm quite sure I've got it all sorted out fine but when I try to log into the game it just says connecting for a few minutes then disconnected from server. I'm clueless on what to do to resolve this problem. I'm using win 10 if that helps find a resolution.
